1. Eligibility

By accessing this portal, you confirm that you are a currently enrolled student in an accredited Nigerian Polytechnic. Misrepresentation of student status constitutes a breach of these terms and may lead to legal action under Federal law.

2. Use of Stipends

Loan disbursements and stipends are strictly for academic support, including tuition, textbooks, and the Digital Literacy & Workforce Readiness training materials. Funds must not be used for unauthorized commercial activities.

3. User Conduct

Users are prohibited from attempting to bypass the "Share to Unlock" mechanism or using automated bots to submit multiple applications. All interactions are logged and audited for security (Consistent with security measures in 520466.jpg).

4. Termination

The Federal Government reserves the right to suspend portal access for any user found to be providing fraudulent Bank Verification Numbers (BVN) or National Identification Numbers (NIN).
